I like it. POSTHUB3000™ avoids awkward the B-P juxtaposition, and I don’t think anyone will have any trouble thinking the T-H are supposed to be pronounced together.

Then you can start an online political blog called The Hubbington Post.

Most people with public-facing government jobs are machine-replaceable. Might I suggest renaming your device to HUBPOST3000™ to avoid any naming conflicts.

As for your Mustcheese idea…again, brilliant! Frankly, I struggle to think of a food for which cheese is appropriate and mustard is not, and vice versa. I fear that your ideas may be a bit before your time. ‘Tis the curse of the great mind. Welcome to the club.
