Can you imagine how many ignorant yanks have been stunned, at least temporarily, by "Hillary's dead!" and "Thousands Mourn HIllary's Death" headlines lately? The number must be enormous. I, myself, have been confused more than once by such headline ambiguity. From all I’ve heard about him, Eddie here seems to have been a great bloke.
