The Shirt

There is this shirt that I bought from H&M in Boston, USA in MAy 2007 and I have started to see it everywhere.

At days out in the park, on the tube, in pubs, in restaurants, garden bars, outdoor markets, in Zurich Airport, it joins checkout queues behind me and I have even seen it on television in a Branston’s Pickle advertisement!

Basically The Shirt is everywhere so I have started taking pictures and posting them to a Flickr group.

    Paranoid much?

By the way, I can see from the CCTV I’m watching of you right now that your shoe’s untied. Might wanna tie that.

I untied and retied them both just in case. Thanks for watching.

so when the shirt transfers to other people does it automatically grow or shrink as required? if not i imagine it will inevitably return to you at some stage with serious stretch marks and/or tomato sauce stains

No I think it is a different shirt each time. But somehow there is a shirt collective and the shirt collective knows how to track me. Or maybe all the shirts are linked and shirt owners are drawn to each other.

I won’t wear my one any more until I get to the bottom of this.
